Too much fat removed. Would fat grafting be an option?

pintia
My surgeon told me to lose weight for my bbl. I lost maybe 5 lbs, he seemed surprised & said it could now be difficult to do the procedure. AFTERWARDS he said he had to remove more fat than planned. I feel like he didn't understand m body type. So, now I am happy with my butt, but my stomach looks unnatural I feel, I don't like the result because you can clearly see a Sixpack and it doesn't fit to the rest of my appearance. Would fat grafting be an option? Thank you in advance.
