Too much fat removed. Would fat grafting be an option?

while there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result. I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I think most people would consider your liposuction results to be stellar and bordering on exceptional.

It’s possible your surgeon did high definition work purposely trying etch out six pack lines.

You may want to talk to your surgeon about this.

It will be challenging to reverse the Liposuction with fat transfer because the areas of concern have virtually no fat left to serve as post tissue to support grafted fat. When that’s the case grafted fat typically doesn’t survive.
