What are my options to treat little to no show columella after a revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

This year, I underwent a rib revision rhinoplasty to fix a severely asymmetric / twisted tip. My surgeon also replaced my septum with rib, as he said it was too weak to support the new tip. Although there have been some major improvements, my columella was brought up very much. This was not discussed with me prior and now gives a piggy look as there is little columellar show from the sides or 3/4 view. I would like to know what my options are to increase columella show.
