Is it possible to make my nose rounder without adding extra cartilage? (photo)

I had 2 rhinoplasties before. I dont like how the surgeon from last one made my tip too pointy for my face. Even people say I look worse from frontal view. Based on my surgery report, can I get a rounder tip without adding extra cartilage to my nose?

Thank you for your question. You do not have to have steroids after a rhinoplasty. Although they can help with swelling, it isn't an absolute necessity. I hope that helps, and best of luck to you.
