I’ve noticed that my upper eyelids have become very enlarged and heavy. It feels like they’re bulging outward almost as if I have another set of eyeballs in there. I’ve also been dealing with dry eyes and my eyes water when I talk. I’m wondering if these issues might be connected. Could this be related to a medical condition? Is there anything I can do to reduce the size of my upper eyelids? Very self conscious - any advise is greatly appreciated

Hello!Thank you for your question.
As far as I can understand from your question If you can send us your photos at 95 degrees from the front and side profile, we can make a more accurate assessment.
It would be better face to face consultation.
Best Regards!
Much better and closer up photographs are going to be required to make a determination about how best to proceed. The primary goal for upper eyelid surgery is to remove excess skin, and a small amount of puffiness on the inner corners. The primary goal for lower eyelid surgery is to remove fat...
Difficult to tell based on your photos, but these may help:
- upper eyelid ptosis surgery
- tear trough implant / fat transfer
- cosmetic orbital decompression
Important to see an expert for an evaluation. Contact me if you want details. Hope this helps!
