Deep plane face and neck lift - Should I also consider a lip lift? Which laser option is best erbium or CO2? (Photos)

Let's start with the no-go's:
-never ever long term or permanent lip fillers, they leat to stiffness, sausage look, fakeness, granulomas deformities, etc; dissolvable ones are unrewarding; do get upper and lower autologous lip augmentation, with your OWN tissue only, taken from dermal grafing from the excess skin of the facelift (dermis is pure collagen source) or from the excess of SMAS (facial fascia, also pure collagen)
-don't get a laser, of any type, firstly because your skin does not show much indication for it, secondly because it is incompatible (for safety) together with facelift, I don't believe you'll ever get laser in your life if you receive a well done and meticulous deep-plane facelift
-no chin fillers (same aforementioned reasons) and no chin implants (terribly problematic); it is true your chin is receaded or "weak" and you are an excellent case for sliding genioplasty, however this has been the case all your life, I don't believe it is a primary concern for you now, you seek rejuvenation and sliding genioplasty is not aiming to rejuvenate but to rebalance the facial proportions; still you might get it given it is compatible with the deep plane facelift (up to your discretion)
-no fat transfer; firstly because it is senseless making you look "overweight", "moonshaped" or like a blowfish, second because the fat disappears within months (you'll read the contrary from surgeons practicing it) and finally... google about "facial fat filler blindess"... no games with health, a real NO-GO

And the assertive green lights:
-you have excellent skeletal and soft tissue facial support to get a superb result with a deep plane of face, jowls and neck down to the chest; it is a time consuming, exhausting (for the surgeon, mentally and physically) procedure, delicate, meticulous and really fabulous due to its results, no less than 20-30 yrs less look; to certify the surgeon's experience, TALENT and passion for this type of surgery, about 6 hrs surgical times in the best and quickest hands
-as said before, autologous upper and lower lip augmentatio; I'd add a corner lip lift and penant lift
-yes, you are a good case for an indirect lip lift (popularly called bullhorn lift)
-I believe your nosal tip might be rejuveted and improved (previous rhino?)

Be aware of knife cowboys offering you short-lasting and under local-sedation procedures, that's the biggest no-go.

A deep plane facelift with facial fat transfer is a great choice to improve your jowls and jawline without implants, and combining this with a subtle lip lift and chin filler can help balance your profile by shortening the upper lip and enhancing chin projection naturally. Since your skin isn’t severely damaged, opting for a gentler erbium laser rather than CO2 is reasonable to improve texture with less downtime. Careful planning with your surgeon can ensure the lip lift looks natural without affecting your smile, giving you a refreshed, harmonious result.

Based on these photos, I do think you're a candidate to consider a lip lift to decrease the white upper lip height (not necessarily to make your top lips look big). I also strongly recommend you do a laser to help the skin quality/integrity, which is not necessarily going to be addressed with the facelift. (fine lines/wrinkles/pores/etc.)
