Lips are too small, longish philtrum. Would I be a good candidate for a lip lift? (Photos)

you COULD consider a lip lift but I wouldn't do it on someone as young as you without trying lip filler first.

You are an excellent candidate for an eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.

From the photos provided, it would appear that you could benefit from a nonsurgical Botox/filler lip lift, which would not only balance better the proportions between the upper and lower lips, but would help to shorten the philtrum.
A couple of microdroplets of Botox placed on each side of the upper vermilion border can be used for the lip. And a medium viscosity, cohesive HA filler can be used to augment volume in the upper lip to establish greater proportionality between the upper and lower lips. The effect of the latter is typically immediate and usually engenders little to no significant downtime. The effect of the Botox typically takes between one to seven days to take full effect for most people and voila a nonsurgical lip lift.
