What are the ingredients of Nusil's silicone, used for IDEAL implants shell?

What chemicals could possibly leech from it? What is the IDEAL implants silicone shell made of, specifically? Silicone is not just inert substances; it also contains heavy metals like platinum, etc. I know that the gel ones are full of terrible toxins... Mentor and Allergan don't publish the ingredients or toxins that are in their implants. I'm wondering if IDEAL ones are too? They seem to care about women's health more than other manufacturers, so I'm hopeful that they considered the shell and not just the interior.

Ideal Implants are great. For women with small breasts and not too much soft tissue coverage, i recommend placing the implant in a submuscular position. The Ideal Implants can be a little palpable and more closely resemble a high profile implant. Good luck.

The Ideal implant is now available. After a long hiatus due to operational issues they are back. I have been using them since they were first available and am eager to resume.

Ideal implants or silicone? Do ideal implants really feel as soft as silicone or are silicone implants much better feeling?

Ideal implants feel very close to silicone gel implants. In patients who already have some breast tissue or subcutaneous fat they feel the same. In real thin patients gel might have the edge but they still perform better than traditional saline.

Ideal implants are structured saline implants. They have a range of fill volumes. I generally recommend filling them towards the highest range especially if you are thin. The difference of 50cc is really not that great when you think about a 350cc implant (about 15%) - about a quarter of a bra...

Second surgery same scar location? would I be able to have the surgery just replacing the old scar or do I need another location

The peri areolar approach used to be very popular because the scar was so well concealed. Although it is still performed today, in general most breast surgeons recommend the infra mammary approach because there is less risk of microscopic contamination and the development of capsule contracture....
