Can anything improve chin pad placement/size/look when osteoligamentous attachments under the mandible were cut?

I had some facial trauma from a prior surgery and it seems that some of the ligaments that help to hold the chin pad to the underlying bone on the front right side got cut. My chin pad on one side no longer has the forward/ downward pull of the other side, making it look very off in shape and size from the other side. It seems that it isn't possible to restore the ligaments, but can anyone provide some guidance on whether it is possible to get some improvement with other options like an implant?
