Answer: Fillers Fillers along the nasolabial fold tend to last 6-8 months. The help attenuate the fold somewhat but a better option is to lift the cheek via a small temporal hairline incision. This cheek lift can be done in the office under local anesthesia.

Answer: HA Fillers Can Work Well For Improving Smile Lines I do not believe it is the place of the doctor to answer the aesthetic question of how bad something is. Since beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, the judgement of whether something is really bad should be left to the eyes of the person herself or himself. Once this is determined by the patient, then an ethical physician has the permission to comment on whether s/he agrees that there is something wrong and, if so, what can legitimately be done about it.
