Had umbilical hernia repair w/sutures only for small hernia in 2019. Since then, am not able to breath properly if I stand up straight/feel pressure on my lungs and stomach. 6y after this surgery, I have been diagnosed lumbar scoliosis/facety arthropathy. Back pain is constant, esp with activity. Has severely limited my QoL/activity.I had .5 cm hernia so surgery was elective & have constant abdominal air-pressure/tightness. My stomach. &diaphragm feel constricted. Remove sutures to help?
