What are the differences between incision locations for breast fat transfer?

Hi! What are the differences between incision under the breast versus areola to transfer fat? Is is placed differently or does it affect the outcome? Do all surgeons place the fat in different places?

Put about 15 cc in the inner rim, and 35 cc along the lower pole of the breast ( the area below the bottom of the areola and above the fold) to give it some curvature. That will make them look softer and rounder below

Sagging of breasts following weight loss (or pregnancy) is not just from volume loss but largely due to stretching of the tissues. Replacing the volume alone does not correct the tissues that have been permanently stretched. Thus, the treatment would include a breast lift.
