Alloclae injection to breasts after implants - can it improve the inframammary fold? (Photos)

Question

Hello, I’m a 27F with 350cc breast implants on both sides. I started as an A cup with very little breast tissue and moved to a C cup. I had this procedure about 2 years ago and I’m very satisfied with the results, but I wish I was just a 1/2 to 1 cup size larger. I am currently consulting with my surgeon about Alloclae and it was advised I could get 50cc put in each side. I was wondering a couple things: First my implants did not give me much of an inframammary fold. Can Alloclae improve the fold or is this best done with surgery? Next, I was wondering what parts of the breast it’s best to put the product with implants already in. Will it help improve contours and projection of my breasts so they appear more natural?

Thank you for your question. Based on your description, AlloClae can be a good option for refining the appearance of your breasts after augmentation, but it is generally not intended to create or redefine the inframammary fold. If the breast fold requires repositioning or structural support, that is typically achieved with surgical pocket modification rather than an injectable filler.

With existing implants, AlloClae is most commonly used to soften implant edges, improve contour irregularities, camouflage visible rippling, and add subtle fullness in areas such as the upper pole, inner cleavage, or lower pole. While 50 cc per breast can provide a noticeable improvement in contour, it is unlikely to increase your size by more than a fraction of a cup. An in-person evaluation with your board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine the best placement based on your anatomy and aesthetic goals.

Put about 15 cc in the inner rim, and 35 cc along the lower pole of the breast ( the area below the bottom of the areola and above the fold) to give it some curvature.  That will make them look softer and rounder below

No no, AlloClae really has ZERO bearing on the bottom crease, the inframammary crease.

AlloClae can be beneficial to fill the gap between the implants or border of the breast. The goal with AlloClae is not to add a large amount of size or create volume; it just adds more natural coverage, softens the edge and can smooth over rippling so you are not feeling/seeing the rigid edge of an implant. Fifty cc per side is a minimal amount to start; even after swelling and after a percentage absorbs, that is really less than half a cup and does not add much projection. AlloClae can help create a softer contour or you need surgery for the pocket and added volume. Make sure you are marked standing up!

Best on posted photos I recommend at least 100cc’s of Alloclae per breasts placed under ultrasound guidance in the subdermal zone. Expects to approach $12,000-$15,000…
