Hello I am 22 years old I have those lines and excess skin when I smile what are those please ? And how can I better the appareance , it really bothers me.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Fillers are often combined with Botox to further optimize results and help them last longer. Botox can slenderize the jawline when injected into the masseter muscle, reducing its size and preventing extensive movement while smiling.

It appears that you would benifit from a little more volume in your face.  Depending on your in person examination I would likely treat you with either Sculptra or Restylane Defyne.  Make sure to choose your injecting physician most carefully!  Good luck and be well.

"Parallel laugh lines" are motion-related lines seen typically on the lower face to the sides of the mouth that become apparent when smiling, but are not within the typical nasolabial region.  An appropriately resilient, cohesive HA filler can skillfully be fanned under this region in order to buttress and support it (without making it protrude) and thus diminish their appearance when smiling. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
