Hello! I m looking for any treatments that will help me with my nasolabial and marionette lines in Nashville,TN area as I have big events coming up to go.I can only afford up to 4K but at the same time I dont want my face ruined by unprofessional doctors.Please advise! Thanks!

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look. Thank you for your question and photos. Dermal fillers are an excellent choice for addressing marionette lines and nasolabial folds. These vertical lines along the nose and mouth are often referred to as static wrinkles and are generally attributed to a loss of facial volume.
Dermal filler injections can restore lost volume, plump sunken areas of the face, and smooth the skin for a radiant, more youthful appearance. Hi and thank you for your question.  Filler injections would be the quickest way to get the results you are looking for.  If you have more time, I would recommend a series of Morpheus treatments.  Morpheus is a fractional skin treatment that stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis; helping to resurface skin's texture as well as lifting and tightening the skin.

The quickest and least invasive treatment with immediate results that actually improve is filler.  I like Radiesse hyperdiluted for full facial lifting to contour the face for a liquid facelift.  It will lift up the cheeks and jowl area and sculpt the jawline to help the folds concerning you.  PDO threads is more invasive but will also give nice lifting results and stimulates collagen production.

You have several options to help treat this area of your face. Dermal filler can help mask the deepening lines and improve the shadows of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines but don't address the root problem which is mild facial sagging due to increasing tissue laxity and aging. A temporary correction of the sagging would be thread lifting with PDO threads. A more permanent correction would be a face lift. Any of these options would work but its important to research which is right for you based on your comfort, budget, and allowable down time. Hope this helps!

Hi! Fillers are a great option for the nasolabial folds. They help to create volume and can last upwards of a year. Juvederm, Restalyne, and RHA are popular brands that I use. The total number of syringes can vary but usually one per side is a good starting point. $4k would be more than enough. The results are pretty instantaneous but do improve over 1-2 weeks. I think you would be a great candidate for some filler to the both the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. You can get those areas treated quickly, easily and stay within your budget. Do your research to find an injector with a good reputation in your area. Look into plastic surgery offices or medspas and read some reviews, don't go to the first place you find

Both the Nasolabial and marionette folds are caused by loss of volume above them and descent of the unsupported tissues to the ligament at the fold. Treatment is volume addition with removal of any stretched skin. You do not seem to have any excess skin. Therefore, adding volume above should improve your appearance, though it will not eliminate the normal folds. This can be done within your budget. Make sure you see a true expert.
