What will give me the best chin tightening after having chin lipo? I have saggy skin that is only really visible from the left side. Even if it’s fat, I really don’t want to go under the knife again yet. What is the best chin tightening option out there? I have yet to find a doctors office that offers several options.

Answer: Chin skin tightening Morpheus 8 is amazing for this. it stimulates fibroblasts, plumps collagen, contracts muscle and tightens skin up to a depth of 4mm. It should work very well.

The one that I have found that works the best is Morpheus8! This is a RF microneedling device. What that means is that microscopic needles penetrate the skin surface and while those needles are in the subdermal layers of the skin, the radiofrequency (RF) emits heat. The heat is what tightens that skin from within the structural level of you skin. Our office will often do a combination treatment of submental liposuction followed by Morpheus8 to address the fat aspect of the problem area as well as the skin laxity aspect.

Answer: Few things My preferred skin tightening in this region is a combination of facetite and morpheus8. Usually I do this at the same time as the submental liposuction. Facetite does require an incision, so if you don't want to go "under the knife" again you may not want to do it. The other skin tightening that would be helpful in you is improving chin projection, which can be done with an implant, fat grafting, or fillers (if you want an office-based option).
