Best results are seen with multiple sessions of Kybella, not just one single treatment. However, Kybella will only address the fat aspect of this area. It will not do anything for tightening the skin, once the fat has been dissolved. We will often do 2-3 sessions of Kybella 8 weeks apart followed by Morpheus8 to tighten the lax skin as well as dissolve any remaining minor fat pockets. Morpheus8 is also done in a series of treatments in order to see your best results. Generally a series of 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart.
Hi, Thanks for your question and pictures. There are several skin-tightening methods (surgical and non- surgical) to approach the fat and skin under chin. My approach always involves a detailed assessment of the face and the neck as a whole unit in order identify the area required treatment and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas of face/neck. It is important to perform a detailed surgical assessment during a to face consultation to assess the quality of your skin( elasticity) and quantity of fat to be removed before to proceed with the surgery and your expectations. The first option could be neck surgical lift however this procedure is quite invasive with a bigger scar and usually indicated in patient more than 40-50 years old. An alternative option (less invasive) is Vaser liposuction in combination with Renuvion on neck/jawline area or Facetite//Necktite in combination with Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions). I would like to wait 3 to 6 months after the procedure and consider some filler on the Jaw line area if required. The above options could improve Jaw live definition and skin tightening. The procedure can be performed awake with local anaesthesia. I have experience in both Renuvion and facetite/necktite/Morpheus 8 . 1) Renuvion requires only 1 session. 2) Bodytite requires 1 session in combination with Morpheus 8 (3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart). Morpheus 8 involves microneedling and Radiofrequency and could be quite discomfort at high level of energy for better results. For this reason, in my clinic , Morpheus 8 is performed by a surgeon with experience in local anesthetic infiltration to reduce the discomfort. The aftercare is very important including manual lymphatic drainage and a garment support for few days to maintain and improve results. I would recommend to make an appointment with a surgeon expert in face/neck for a medical/surgical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment. Hello. One treatment of Kybella is not enough. Some patients may need up to 6. Definitely at last 4 would be needed in your case. Morpheus8 can be done after you are done in order to tighten skin and refresh skin appearance. Your results could be very beautiful if done by an experienced doctor. :-)Good luck.
Neither one tightens only. Radiofrequency microneedling causes plumping of collagen, filling in of scars, muscle contraction, and skin tightening. It can also cause some minor fat loss.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful...
You would be a fabulous candidate for the Morpheus 8, It would target the tissue under the eyes the best. The Morpheus is a radio frequency based micro needling which breaks down adipose tissue, promotes collagen regeneration and cell turnover. It will tighten and shrink the skin around your...
