Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Hi, Thanks for your question and picture. It is important to perform a detailed medical ( including age, lifestyle etc.) and surgical assessment where the surgeon is able to give you several options (surgical and non surgical). The key here is to understand what you would like to achieve, what are your expectations. Before to consider any surgical option I would recommend first to start with non surgical/ less invasive option. There are several options including Morpheus 8 , Profhilo, collagen-stimulating dermal fillers ect. In our clinic we offer a bespoke treatment plan with combination of Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions 4 to 6 weeks apart) with other aesthetic medical treatments. These procedures will allow to increase the probability of skin tightening and so reduce more the risk of "saggy" skin. Aftercare recommendations including healthy diet and exercise can also help. I would recommend to make an appointment with an expert body contouring doctor for a medical assessment in order to make a bespoke treatment plan.Best Wishes, Dr Giuseppe Fiore
Hi! Thank you for your question regarding a procedure that will help minimize the appearance of deep creases in your abdomen. I believe you would benefit from Morpheus 8, which is microneedling plus radiofrquency and works to tighten the skin and minimize lines/wrinkles. Morpheus 8 also promotes collagen formation, which will further help address your concerns. I hope this helps!
After pregnancy, majority of women will have some excess skin in the abdomen. Bending in the waist and gravity causes the skin to fold in certain areas. This creates creasing. In individuals where the excess skin is great, a tummy tuck is recommended. In someone who has minimal excess skin, can help the appearance of creases with the use of 2.5 - 3 mm deep dermarollers, which need to be used once or twice a week for approximately three months. This process will increase the amount of collagen in the skin and improve on the appearance of creasing. Some of the creases can also be injected with very light fillers, such as restylane Vital or Juvaderm hydrate. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
You would be a fabulous candidate for the Morpheus 8, It would target the tissue under the eyes the best. The Morpheus is a radio frequency based micro needling which breaks down adipose tissue, promotes collagen regeneration and cell turnover. It will tighten and shrink the skin around your...
The procedure can be done. The plates are far enough that they should not heat up. The operator can also take little breaks during the procedure to avoid any over heating. Hope this helps.
Hello and thank you for your question. Microneedling with Radio frequency may help to break up the scar tissue you are experiencing. I would recommend a series of three treatments.
