I had implants/ lift done by resident. I had a tighter/ smaller breast on ny right (left in photos).I breastfed 2 kids. My left looks amazing and natural. With a smaller nipple and defined IMF crease (the distance is longer) If I get a revision, would I be able to achieve a similar result on my right- by doing aereola reduction + lowering ofthe implant + lowering the crease and dissecting more? I am interested to go with an experienced surgeon but want opinions. 350cc silicon in each.

Your implants have stretched and thinned your own tissue from the weight and have left an empty space near your sternum. It would be best to decrease the size of your implants and tighten the inferior and lateral pockets. A fat transfer to the thin area could also be tried. I would suggest...
If you have round smooth implants, flipping is not a problem. Your pocket does appear larger on one side. If you have anatomical implants, it may have flipped and it may not flip back easily.
Your implants are too large for your tissue to support and have bottomed out some. This will make the scars appear to be higher even though they have not moved. You would do best with smaller implants and tightening your pockets. You may need mesh for more support.
