My right implant is starting to look off? Either a double bubble or a flipped implant? I’ve had a virtual consultation with a PS who I am friendly with, and she expressed it seems the implant may have rotated horizontally? Your implants are too large for your tissue to support and have bottomed out some. This will make the scars appear to be higher even though they have not moved. You would do best with smaller implants and tightening your pockets. You may need mesh for more support.
There is 40 cc's difference between the two sizes which is almost 3 tablespoons in volume. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon. However, the size looks good on you. Going smaller is better with lifts since your stretched and thinned out tissue does not have to support as much...
