I’m a 34 year old female, 5’2”, 117 pounds. I take very good care of my skin with spf, tretinoin, microneedling, Prf injections, Botox, ultherapy, fotona laser, pdo lifting & smoothing threads. My concern area is how my cheeks around my mouth area sag. I have always been insecure about this part of my facial anatomy, even as a young adult. I realize it is a sign of overall aging too. What is best to cosmetic procedure to address this to achieve a lifted, sculpted look?
