My left cheek is always fatter than the right. What procedure to fix this?

My left cheek (right in photo) is always softer and fatter than the right (left in photo). What procedure can I have done to fix this? What procedure to gramattically sharpen my jawline in general? Thank you.

Patients with cheek asymmetry could benefit from plastic surgery procedures to achieve more symmetry. However, the appropriate procedure depends on the source of the asymmetry. Based on the pictures, especially with glasses, it is unclear what causes the asymmetry. In my practice, the most common causes of cheek asymmetry are: 1) cheekbone asymmetry, 2) asymmetries in the sides of the buccal fat pads, and 3) asymmetries in the sides and contour of the jaw. A consultation and a thorough physical exam could help determine the cause and suggest the most appropriate treatment to achieve symmetry.
