Hello! I’m a 20 year old female and I have always been insecure about the size of my lower cheeks. I don’t have much weight to lose so there really isn’t anything I can do to decrease them. I plan on getting masseter botox soon because I do have TMJ issues so I’m sure that would help decrease the size too. However, my main issue is all the fat concentrated in the area and if looked worse when I smile. I’m not sure if I’m ideal for buccal fat removal or liposuction of the lower cheeks?
