Breast implants 10 years ago - Is it possible to go over the muscle now or does it have to be redone under the muscle?

I got saline implants 10 years ago under the muscle Through nipple incision my breast have grown since then and I think the implants have shifted and I would like to have them redone. Is it possible to go over the muscle now or does it have to be redone under the muscle ? I would like them to look less far apart, drop/sag slightly more and just want an over all improved shape they look hard but they are soft especially when my muscles are relaxed
