7 years post uplift with implants and right breast is deformed. Why has this happened and what should I do? (Photos)

Implants were under the muscle, 350 cc. Never been happy with them as they were always too far apart and i wanted larger. I'm 5 foot 6 inches and 9 stone in weight. Going to schedule a revision this year so any help would be greatly appreciated in what i need to ask for etc
