For context, I’m 15 months post op and got 400cc on each side since breast tissue was very symmetrical. The implants were placed in a dual plane which I didnt mind since I told the surgeon my main goal with this was to have cleavage. But I feel like my implants from the front dont look like 400cc (even though they look great from the side)? I also feel like I lack cleavage and that one of my implants is actually rounder than the other one. What would you advise to achieve my dream result?
