Hello, I'm very indifferent to my side profile. I will be getting a rhinoplasty but wasn't sure what to do for my receded jawline and weak chin. I'm not too sure about a chin implant because chin implants tend to look boxy from the front and I like my heart shaped frontal view. Would Kybella help sculpt my jawline? If so, how many vials? Are there other treatments that you would recommend for my jawline and chin (fillers)? Thank you!

Many of my patients try to avoid surgery, so we perform a non-surgical chin augmentation treatment with injectable fillers. Kybella targets fat cells, so if this is not your primary concern, I don't believe Kybella would have much effect for you. On the other hand, your chin is quite recessed. It is common to perform a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation at that same time, since these two key features tend to set the proportions for the entire facial profile. While I understand your concern about augmenting your chin, rest assured chin implants come in many shapes and sizes.An experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon will be able to customize your entire surgical plan to create a look that is proportionate, balanced, and quite feminine.

Answer: Kybella for receded jawline Kybella could be a good option to eliminate the fat around your jawline. If you want to add more definition you can also add a jawline and possibly chin filler once the fat is gone.

The amount of vials depends on how many milligrams are in each vile. Since there are only side profile pictures, it is difficult to tell exactly what you would need.
