I have genetic malar mounds, hollow under eyes, fat beneath malar mounds, fat jowls and a weak chin. It feels like all the fat is weighing down my face and creating premature wrinkles. I got my buccal pads taken out three months ago and I'm wondering if Kybella would be the best option to remove my jowl fat. Would laser, facetite, or fillers work best for smoothing my under eyes and malar mounds? What can I do to make my face look more young and feminine? I'm 19 so I don't have a ton of money.
