I got lipo and bbl April 28 2012 all though I love my results I am not happy with my lower butt area I wanted more of a cuff to make my butt pop out more Is there anything I can do like lipo under my butt area to give more of a cuff or would I have to do another bbl which I don't want to? And can i get it done at the same time with breastift and areola reduction ??

Dear susu,   Thanks for submitting your pictures. From observing your pictures I understand exactly what you want improved.  On the side view, it is noticable that your butt is full above and flattish at the bottom. The back view reveals multiple dimples. The solution to you problem is not lipo or fat injection but rather an implant. There is an oval silicone implant made by AART that is called 'bubble butt' or style 2 and it is thin up top and full at the bottom. That implants will suit exactly, to fit your desired butt shape. When placed in the sub fascial plane, it will also smoothen the unattractive dimples on your butts. So, consult with board certified plasticsurgeons who do lots of butt implants surgery in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures to make sure that the are numerous, consistent and attractive. Check also the 'realself' reviews for positive patients experience which provides important information on the surgeons. I'm not sure you'd be a good candidate for liposuction. Generally liposuction of the buttocks isn't done because of the sagging appearance of the skin aftertreatment. It would require a physical examination to see if you are the exception.
