I was thinking of getting a lip lift cause I feel like my philtrum is too long. Is it my impression or should I just get a lip filler (which I’ve already done once)?

The lip filler adds volume, which, with time, will give you a little more red lip because of some eversion due to adding the filler. However, ther will usuall be a limit to how much you can add before you get migration. A lip lift manually cuts away the philtrum usually to exchange it for more red lip (although youc an also do it without lengthening). It doesn't add volume.

Answer: Lip lift? You have nice, full lips and well defined philtrum. It is not likely that lip lift would do you any good. In person consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon may help. Good luck.
