A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You appear to have long distance between your nose and upper lip and you would benefit from a lip lift. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $3,000.

You get different results from each of them. The lip filler adds volume, which, with time, will give you a little more red lip because of some eversion due to adding the filler. However, ther will usuall be a limit to how much you can add before you get migration. A lip lift manually cuts away the philtrum usually to exchange it for more red lip (although youc an also do it without lengthening). It doesn't add volume.

You have nice, full lips and well defined philtrum. It is not likely that lip lift would do you any good. In person consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon may help. Good luck.
