I think your lip looks fine? Without seeing your full face, I can't say for sure that your face is too long. Perhaps more what you are noticing is that you do have decreased width of your lower face compared to the rest of the face. In the long run, this gives the appearance that you are more youthful as a more youthful face ahs more weight up top vs. lower; however, if you feel that you want to do something to balance things out, I would focus more on building the width of the lower face. To me, I don't see anything wrong with the height/length of your face.

A lip lift will not reduce your long face. Also, you have incisor show in repose and a full upper lip. A lip lift would make the upper lip even fuller and increase the incisor show. I do not believe you are a candidate for a lip lift.
