Im having a bullhorn liplift shortly and as a competitive deadlifter, I am wondering. If i keep a completely neutral face and do no other exercise but deadlift every week, will I be creating significant problems, or will i just be swollen for longer? I dont plan on overly talking, chewing, or smiling for the next 10-14 days, so i wont be doing anything else aggravating. Thank you all !
