What can I do to improve my bad lip lift and nose job? (Photo)

Question

I had a lip lift done 6 months ago and he removed to much skin. He also did my nose and tilted it too much up wards. I struggle to use my upper lip as normal, and it does not look good. I have been devastated ever since my procedure and isolated my self from work and socially. Is there anything I can do to elongate my lip or philtrum? I have already done some fillers in the lip and Botox in the muscle.

I am not sure why did you need a lip lift to start with?  In this situation it is in your best interest to let result settle for at least 1 year and if you happen to be unhappy with  the result,  start searching for an experienced surgeon to correct it; it may be challenging. Good luck.

Unfortunately, after excess skin is taken centrally, there is nothing that can be done to put it back in place. However, a lateral lift can be done. Your lips appear to be turning downward because too much was taken centrally and not laterally. I recommend only lateral skin be removed to create the upward corners. This is not done at the lip but at the nose-face junction.

I don't know if you just aren't used to seeing your face this way, but I actually do not feel that too much was removed to your lip. It looks to me like an appropriate height in balance to the lower lip, and I also don't really see teeth show, so one might argue that you probably could have even had a little more removed. I don't see anything that looks overly wrong, other than maybe that there is a little asymmetry of the heights of your cupid's bow.
