So above my top lip (the Cupid’s bow area) seems to stick out a lot I was wondering how can I minimise this appearance I have not had any lip fillers or anything, I’ve had braces so my teeth isn’t the issue.

your philtrum distance - hence your upper lip show- is definitely going to benefit from a liplift because the upper lip is droopy and removing more silicon alone is not going to suffice. whether or not combining liplift with extra silicone removal is the right question i believe....
I recommend a lip lift because the distance between your nose and upper lip is great. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
