When I got lip filler for the third time 4 years ago I ended up with a bump on my lip and I remember feeling a line sticking with my tongue out on my left side inside my lips. My doctor tried to dissolve the bump, but it never really went away. I can feel the artery on my left side of my bottom mouth too. Is this normal? Is this bump scar tissue?
