How did her left eye seem to move down after upper and lower eyelid surgery?

I was looking into eyelid surgery because my eyes are not level and saw this post where a woman with not level eyes have upper and lower eyelid surgery and her left eye seemed to have moved down. How is this possible with only upper and lower eyelid surgery? Is this do able with my eyes?
