Correction upper eyelid/epicanthus after surgery?

I had a canthopexy 6 months ago to achieve more almond shaped eyes. The surgeon retired skin from my upper eyelid in the process and I have lost my original asian hooded eyes. Now are rounded... It's possible to correct epicanthus and upper eyelid with fillers or something like that?

Lower blepharoplasty -- you have fat pseudoherniation so that is not something that filler will address

It's very important to post a full set of eyelid photographs, and facial photographs to make a determination about how best to proceed to make sure that you're a candidate for both procedures. In our practice, we do not perform full face phenol peels for a variety of reasons
