Hello im struggling with BDD and i can not figure out exactly what facial surgeries i should get i’m mentally exhausted please helpi. i want to go get a rinoplasty facial fat, transfer hair transplant, chin, liposuction. But then i decide to get eyelid surgery because my eyes are obviously uneven. My nose has filler in all the pictures. But my nose point way too down when i smile and it makes my eyes look too small for my face i also have a lot of asymmetry, on my jawline :,( please help me
