Please help! Jaw issue vs sagging? (Photo)

Question

I have these “fat pouches” under my lower lip. I have gotten so many opinions on it and told so many different things. I have had many dental issue and work and also have an overbite from many years of thumb sucking years ago. Could it be that? I was told that’s possible was also told lipo in that area would work. I was also told fillers which I have tried and saw no difference at all. I feel like when I bite/ suck in the parts It goes away. IS there a surgery that remove it from the inside?!

Thank you for your question and photo. If the pouches you’re referring to are pockets of fat, facial liposuction in this area can diminish their appearance.
