My best advice would be to return to her surgeon and express your concerns.You may need to have a revision of her chin scar where you have the puckers on either end and a little bit of tightening of your neck. This sometimes happens in people with thinner skin that lacks elastic quality. Hopefully her surgeon will work with you on this to try to get your results satisfactory to both of you.
