I am a 55 y/o woman and had a limited incision lower facelift with lipo 6 months ago. I have a small lump that is sensitive to the touch on my cheek. It almost has a bluish appearance. Could this be a fat necrosis? Is there anything that can be done or do I give it more time? Any advice/thoughts are greatly appreciated!
