I plan on having a Revision rhino but would like to improve my eye area, let me know what eye area surgeries or implants would help my case. No Botox please I am looking for a permanent solution. With the recommended operation it would be kind to recommend a surgeon with satisfactory results. Attached is me and another image is something similar I would love to aim to achieve.

You can’t change your primary facial identity or what your face looks like the way you have depicted.
Facial aesthetics is primarily determined by your facial skeletal structure.
You need to accept the face you were given and work with that.
I don’t see any indication for any surgical intervention from the pictures you’ve included.Trying to move forward To find someone willing to operate a new is most likely going to become a regretful outcome.
