One week ago i started to feeling like something is in my eye and then it went over to pain in both eye and eyebrow. I massage the eyebrow a lot every day and its gets a little better but then it comes again. incision was tight with the skin, that’s why I’m dealing with a hypertrophic scar also because it was too tight. My brow dropped because of the tightness. I only have problem with this eye.The doctor didn’t find any wrong with eye, but can it be a destroyed nerve? I have pain 24/7 now :(

I think your facial appearance has a lot to do with the shape of your maxilla.
Not everything is related to eyelids or the orbit position in the eye socket.
During consultations, bring pictures of your face, taking the same way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures.

Your photograph is limited but it appears that your eyebrow is lower on one side and may contribute to your deformity. More photographs are needed to give a more accurate answer.
