Real Self is not primarily a self-referral service, but an educational service for the public. No facts are presented that would illuminate this situation for everyone, e.g., what was done to cause this problem. Maybe it was in the process of placing and or removing pectoral implants, maybe not.
But in general, if something is loose or detached, you sew it back down. For example, when women have a reverse tummy tuck, an incision under the breast at the IM fold is made, the upper abdominal skin is undermined, pulled up, the excess removed and all sewn back down. Same principle would apply here, but males would prefer not to have a long inframammary incision to get access to this tissue.
A work around might be to use a small lateral incision and treat it as you would an endoscopic browlift, and use the endoscopic instruments to develop a cavity along the IM fold and suture it down retrograde with looped quill or barbed sutures. Haven't seen it described but have not seen this clinical problem presented before either.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure, we generally need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have your before, and after pictures and ask the surgeon, who did your previous procedure to forward the pictures they took. Natural foods and creases are very difficult to create and should not be tampered with during surgery. Plastic surgeons have a choice of making an incision right at a natural skin fold or just to the side of it. It’s always better to go on the side of it.
Repositioning your skin and trying to suture it into wet should be hearing from Amory fold may be possible but I don’t think it’s going to turn out the way you wish. Once the natural anatomy has been distorted, things become more difficult and complex.
Sometimes it’s better to cut bait and accept a result for what it is.
