Donut lift or another option? (Photo)

Question

Ive had gynocomastia surgery about 10 yrs ago, then a revision and fat grafting to fix cratering. The result was an overfill and i got some nipple sagging as well too much fat just weighing my chest down. I continue working on my body fat but think some lipo wll ultimately help the weigh down but how can i get the nipple in a better position?

A donut mastopexy can allow repositioning of the nipple-areola complexes.  I would probably do both with the lower one higher and the higher one slightly lower.

I Male chest Lyft is very different than a female breast lift.
The procedure is fairly complex, and the number of plastic surgeons who have a proven track record and can show you enough before, and after pictures of competent outcomes to confirm at the masters, the procedure may be a little tricky, and may require interviewing quite a few providers.
I generally do not recommend a Benelli mastopexy or donut lift on male patients.
Based on your pictures, you may want to consider not having a chest lift.
I Male chest lift is a fairly complex difficult procedure, especially getting consistent, high-quality results with high patient satisfaction.
