BBL without Tummy Tuck? I have a buldge on my upper right buttocks I was told it was a lipoma. My butt is my first priority since when I wear anything fitted the buldge protrudes. I just don’t know if enough fat can be removed from just my back, waist and love handles to be able to get a BBL WITHOUT doing a tummy tuck.
Answer: BBL not tummy tuck BBL involves liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks. Fat for the Brazilian Butt Lift may come from the back, waist, love handles and elsewhere. Liposuction can be performed from the abdomen, but risk extra sagging skin. Also, the lipoma can be removed to fix the bulge.

Answer: BBL and TT Dear mia729,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. You also have a lot of loose and extra skin which can be addressed with tummy tuck. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Answer: Ideal candidate for a BBL? Ideal candidates are at a stable weight, in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions. Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells. Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Answer: Bbl Thank you for your question and based on your pictures it looks like you are a great candidate for liposuction of front, sides, back and transfer to buttocks, and it appears that you might want to consider a tummy tuck in the future to get rid of the excess skin and muscle repair for a much nicer outcome, best of luck!

Answer: I want to get a BBL but I dont want a tummy tuck just yet. Can that be done? (photo) No, you are not a candidate for only a Lipo. Why ? because abdominal muscle separation (diastasis), and excess and sagging skin in your abdomen can not be corrected but by a Tummy Tuck procedure combine with Lipo and, if you wish, a Brazilian But Lift. Do not waste your money in a procedure that will leave you with mediocre results and dissatisfaction.
