Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Brazilian Butt Lift, this procedure includes liposuction on certain
areas of your body mainly to address to obtain the best results
possible. In your personal case liposuction may be on your back, flanks
and stomach to give you better contouring around the waist.

Based on your pictures you are a good candidate for
BBL and you will get amazing results.
 The fat transfer, often called Brazilian butt lift has become
extremely popular because it allows your plastic surgeon to transform
your entire shape. You improve your waist, hips and of course your
buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In order to have this procedure done is necessary an evaluation to
determinate your heath condition and the areas that will be liposuctioned and discuss the amount
of fat that will be harvested depending your fat deposits. 
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon
for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals and discuss the
amount of fat that will be transferred.

I would recommend an in person consultation to assess how much fat is available for the transfer and discuss your expectations. This procedure will help you achieve a more contoured and hourglass shape. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs many of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

This depends on the amount of fat present for transfer. From your photos, it appears you have enough, and with thorough liposuction of your hip/flank area, your shape could be improved significantly. For those that need both procedures (lift and augmentation of buttocks), those can often be combined at the same procedure as well. 

Thank you for your question and pictures.  In my opinion, you would be able to obtain a good result with a BBL.  A large potion of that procedure is about the thorough liposuction of the flanks and back (+/- the abdomen).  Even though your scar is along the upper part of your butt, I think you would be quite satisfied with the result.  Best of luck.

For many of my patients opting for a body lift, I routinely perform buttock auto-augmentation to enhance the volume in the buttock region that was lost with weight loss.  Essentially, I take the tissue that is normally thrown away in a body lift, keep that excess tissue attached to your blood supply, and use that tissue as your own tissue "implant" to augment the volume in your buttock that weight loss took away.   If you have excess skin and fat in your flanks, you may be a candidate for this.  The other alternative would be to consider you for the BBL procedure (fat grafting).  However, I'm assuming you are a weight loss patient.  You may not have enough residual fat to be a good candidate for the BBL.  Hence, its critical for an in-person consultation to learn more about your options.  Best wishes,

Thank you for your question.  You can safely undergo a Brazilian Butt Lift after a circumferential tummy tuck.  The liposuction will improve the shape of your flanks which you are displeased with.  The fat injection will then improve the shape of you buttocks.  Unfortunately, the scar poses a significant challenge which could potentially compromise the ultimate shape.  As you mentioned, an exam will be needed to determine what will be possible surgically.  I recommend finding an plastic surgeon experienced with BBL surgery.  Best of luck.
