Can facial fat transfer give a more v shaped jawline?

Question

I had buccal fat removal in hopes to get a more sculpted jawline but it seems to have done the opposite. My face seems to have fallen and it looks like I have more fat/skin sitting around my jawline and terrible nasolabial folds now. Could fat transfer from my lower face to mid face / cheeks give me more of the heartshape I was trying to obtain or at least a sharper jawline and help the appearance of my nasolabial folds?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the results of your surgery. There are a couple interventions that can address loss of volume in the face as well as sagging skin around the jowls. Surgical options include a facelift and fat transfer. Non-surgical options include face filler and a thread lift. I recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon to see what they suggest.
