I am a 41 yo female and I’ve noticed under eye hollowness for at least 5 years but after having a child a few years ago and losing a lot of weight postpartum this is worse and I now notice additional hollows in my cheek area under my eye (see pic). These almost look like large dimples but are definitely not attractive. What is the best treatment or surgery for both areas? Thanks

Hello, You may have some fullness now that you dislike but it is too early to consider that this will be there forever. Be patient if you can. If after 6 months (minimum) it can be liposuction through a very small cannula.
