41, female - best procedure for hollowness under eyes & midface? (Photo)

Question

I am a 41 yo female and I’ve noticed under eye hollowness for at least 5 years but after having a child a few years ago and losing a lot of weight postpartum this is worse and I now notice additional hollows in my cheek area under my eye (see pic). These almost look like large dimples but are definitely not attractive. What is the best treatment or surgery for both areas? Thanks

This may not be the best photo to evaluate your condition but appears that lower blepharoplasty and periorbital fat grafting would achieve desired improvement. Good luck.

I think the best place to start for someone in their early 40s is a little bit of filler through the tear trough and what is called the nasojugal fold. This is easy to do, it gives an instant great result, and the results can last for well over a year. Subsequent treatments can last even longer. Fat grafting is also an option but I think that if the only thing you want is that area, then fillers is the easiest least expensive best option.
