Why does my chin pop out so much especially when I smile? I feel like there’s a lot of fat?? What type of facial shape do I have? what do you recommend I can do to my face?

hello. Unfortunately, there isn't much that can fix this. You have thick skin and subcutaneous fat. If the fullness of your cheeks bothers you, a lower face lift can be performed to prevent the jawline and neck area from sagging downwards and to address skin thickness. Both when smiling and at rest I think your chin position and appealing. The width of your lower face can be improved with liposuction of the lower face and jawline. In some further slimming of the jawline is helpful. The projection of your chin is very feminine.
