Why does my chin pop out so much especially when I smile? I feel like there’s a lot of fat?? What type of facial shape do I have? what do you recommend I can do to my face?

Since you appear to have a somewhat recessive gene appearance, chin implant surgery may be considered. I believe this is a better alternative to Genio plasty since the results may be more accurate, and if you don't like your chin implant, they are most easy to remove. Wishing you well moving...
There is fat under your chin on your lower face. That's why your face looks shorter and thicker. That's why we can perform an operation called submentoplasty. It involves the removal of fatty deposits and the tightening of muscles underneath the chin and in the neck.
