Excess skin removal from stomach prior to pregnancy - will it cause an issue when I do become pregnant?

Imaginative435530
I’ve already had a lot of skin removed after losing 170 pounds in past. I am now looking to tighten the remaining skin on my upper abdomen. I’m just concerned that currently my skin is very thin in that area and has little to no elasticity. If that skin is pulled tight and taut prior to becoming pregnant, will this cause an issue when I do become pregnant? Will the skin stretch without any issue? I am not having any muscle work, just skin tightening and removal.
